| 1. How do I become a MasterTips tipper? | |
| Under the “User Login” box you will find a “Register Here” link. Click on the link to set up your free tipping account. | |

| 2. OK, I’ve signed up. Why can’t I log in? | |
| Before you can log in, you must validate your account. You should have received an e-mail with a link to follow. It will start with http://www.mastertips.com.au/asp/password.asp. Following the link in your e-mail should validate your account and log you in. | |

| 3. I didn’t get the e-mail. What do I do? | |
| Your validation e-mail should usually arrive within a couple of minutes of submitting your registration. If you are using hotmail or yahoo, you may find that the verification e-mail gets treated as spam. It could end up in your junk folder, so check there first. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, there is a problem. It could be a site problem, or you may have made a mistake when entering your e-mail address. Send us an e-mail and we’ll check for you. | |

| 4. Should I share my user name or password with anyone? | |
| NO! MasterTips staff won’t ever ask you for it, and because registration is free, you should never need to share. Keep your user name and password confidential. | |

| 5. How often do I have to log in to MasterTips? | |
| If you visit the site once every seven days, your browser with remember you and keep you logged in. After seven days you will automatically be logged out. If you have not visited the site while logged in for 180 days, your account will be suspended. | |

| 6. What if I forget my password? | |
| You can retrieve it from the site. Under the “User Login” box there is a link which says “forgotten your password?” Follow the link then read the instructions on the password recovery page. Your password will be e-mailed to you. | |

| 7. Can I change my password? | |
| You bet! After you have logged in, drop into the “MY INFO” page from the link on the top right hand side of any page and put in your new password. Type it in again to verify it and Bob’s your uncle. | |

| 8. How can I join a competition? | |
| MasterTips is a service site for use by individuals or companies who want to run a tipping competition. To join a competition, your competition organiser will need to supply you with a competition code and password. Without these, you cannot join a competition. | |

| 9. I have my code and password. How do I use them? | |
| When you are logged in, there is a link to “JOIN A COMP” on the right hand side of the screen. On the new page, enter your code and password to lodge your entry. | |

| 10. There is no link to join a comp! What’s going on? | |
| The organiser supplies MasterTips with a closing date for the competition. After that no entries can be taken. If there is no link, it means there are no competitions available to join. Get your organiser to contact us if there is a problem. | |

| 11. All joined up, but how do I tip? | |
| On the right hand side is a list of your competitions. Click on the “Tips” link under the competition you wish to tip for. Make sure you hit “submit” to lodge your tips before tipping another competition. | |

| You can go into “MY INFO” on the top right hand side and change your preferences for e-mail alerts and tipping confirmation e-mails. You can turn them on or off at any time. | |

| 13. How can I create my own tipping competition? | |
| You can have your own competition created by Call Scott Kidson at Key Code on 0409 543 766 at a competitive rate. Key Code can set you up with either a generic competition or brand a competition with your company logo and colour scheme. It’s a great way to keep your name on your client’s mind. | |
